Swedish Massage

The goal of Swedish style massage is to acknowledge the full body, and calm the nervous system. Great for relieving stress and quieting anxiety, as well as encouraging blood and energy flow around the body.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue is a focused modality with the aim of addressing stuck areas, and working to unwind and unstick those blockages.

Cupping

The Cupping modality uses silicone, plastic, or glass cups to create suction against the skin. This helps to separate layers of muscle and fascial tissue, and bring sediments or waste closer to the surface of the skin for washing away in the blood stream. It typically creates red, purple, or brown marks that can take several days to fade. Cups are generally a great addition to the goals of a De... Read More

Thai Massage

Thai massage is performed clothed, on a mat on the floor, and is often likened to assisted stretching. We use deep compression, and deep stretching to opening tight joints, and create blood, energy, and oxygen flow throughout the body. Due to the depth of this work, a Thai session moves a little slower than other modalities, and therefore requires more time to perform.

Tuina

Another name for Chinese Medical Massage, "Tui na" translates to "push grasp," a description of the modality's main techniques of kneading muscle tissue. Sports Massage

Sports massage is great for when you are training for an event or sport. Not intended to change the body's structure in any large way like Deep Tissue, Sports massage aims to manage the body and keep it running smoothly while training. It seeks to iron out cramped muscles, and in general keep blood and energy flowing throughout the body.

BIPOC Sliding Scale

Sliding Scale will be applied at time of service, $60 - $120. Any table work modality of your choosing: swedish, deep tissue, tuina, cupping, or sports massage.

Top Surgery Balancing

For our friends in the LGBTQ community, this offering serves to help open any stuck tissue in the chest, and side body post recovery from Top Surgery. By focusing in this region, we can increase range of motion in the arms, and address scar tissue.

Biodynamic Craniosacral

Deep listening. The goals of this modality are to strengthen and magnify the body's inherent abilities to heal itself. Through holds, and deep quiet, we seek to amplify those moments of homeostasis and regeneration.
